How much does it cost?
Your review and negotiaitons are completely free if you don’t proceed with the purchase. If you go ahead, our conveyancing fees will apply but you won’t pay any of our fees until settlement.

Our conveyancing fee is $1,800 plus GST. Disbursements for a purchase include the Council certificate, Sydney Water certificate and Strata certificate (only if purchasing a strata titled unit). We carry these fees for you until settlement, so there’s no upfront costs.

How long does it take?
We aim to review contracts within 24 hours. If it's urgent, let us know, and we'll do our best to fast-track it.

What if the vendor doesn’t agree to changes?
We’ll guide you on what’s negotiable and help you make an informed decision about whether to proceed.

What happens if I go ahead with the purchase?
