Wilding & Co Lawyers Five Dock is a mixed billing service. We provide no-win-no-fee, fixed fee, deferred fee arrangements and hourly billing. We will offer you the most appropriate billing method for your matter.

There are five things you should know about our fees and how we charge:

  1. We will take your initial call and meet with you for your first consultation at no cost. Family Law matters are $440 for an initial consultation.

  2. We will read the background material you have supplied at no cost.

  3. We will not charge anything until you agree to our fee arrangement.

  4. Fixed fees will be charged where appropriate even if they are not listed below.

  5. You will not be charged a higher rate for entering into a payment plan, no win no fee or deferred payment arrangements with us.

What matters do you offer NO-WIN-no-fee retainers?

We provide no-win-no-fee services to clients contesting a Will.

What matters are fixed fee?

Our professional fees are (ex. GST):

  • Conveyancing - $1,800

  • Wills - Single Wills $450 Mutal Wills $700

  • Powers of Attorney - $200

  • Enduring Guardianship - $200

  • Mobile Will service - $600

  • Estate planning packages: Will, POA & EG $550 to $800

  • Mutual estate planning packages: Will, POA & EG $1,200

  • Some Family Law matters

  • Obtaining a Grant of Probate - charged at scale which is determined by the Surpeme Court of NSW.

How much will my matter cost?

At the beginning of your matter, we will issue you with a detailed costs agreement which will set our fees and any anticipated disbursements such as court fees. If you are on a deferred fee arrangement, we will send you a monthly invoice to keep you informed. If your matter changes and is going to exceed our estimate, we will issue you with a new costs agreement.
